Governing global buyer-supplier interactions, quotations and escrow contracts
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or utilizing MaulaJutt.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Maula Jutt operates as an international B2B directory, negotiation platform, and escrow coordination infrastructure for Pakistani manufacturers and global buyers.
2. Direct Factory Sourcing: Suppliers listed on Maula Jutt warrant that all business documents (NTN, STRN, SECP, Chamber of Commerce) submitted during verification are authentic, active, and legally binding under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
3. International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Standards: All quotations and trade contracts generated through the platform are interpreted in accordance with ICC Incoterms 2020 rules (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP).
4. Dispute Settlement: In the event of disagreements concerning product specifications, laboratory testing results, or shipping delays, parties agree to submit to Maula Jutt Trade Shield arbitration before initiating formal jurisdictional proceedings.
